Omni Process Solutions, a division of Omni Continental, specializes in optimizing process control performance in the pulp and paper industry. Improving control performance results in lower product variability, improved operating efficiency and lower operating costs.
We offer a range of consulting and training services with the overall objective of improving control performance and reducing process variability.
Consulting Services
Our consulting services focus of three areas.
- We conduct process control surveys to identify and correct process control performance problems. The surveys can be conducted on-site or remotely.
- We design control strategy's that minimize variability in the key processes.
- We provide data analysis services to assist in identify the sources of product variability and poor operating efficiency.
Training Services
Our training courses are practical and results oriented. Approximately 40% of the course time is spent in process simulation labs to consolidate knowledge and understanding of the concepts taught in the lectures. Troubleshooting control loops problems is a key component of all of our courses.
